D9 Cakery and Valrhona, the French royalty of Cocoa are teaming up to present 18 premium cocoa-inspired creations with an eclectic mix of flavours, textures and chocolate intensities from artisanal origami cakes to Instagram worthy fruit-inspired French pastries, limited-edition bonbons and the showstopper of all, the Double Chocolate Cake.

Double Chocolate Cake is a sheer decadence with eight layers of quality Valrhona chocolates and moist yoghurt cocoa sponge, the OH! Fruit lovers will fall into a fruity affair with the Instagram-worthy fruit series, each priced from $8 per piece.

Cerise: Taking the shape of a cherry with a glistening maroon glaze that unveils tarty Morello cherries balanced with fragrant rosemary lava, light vanilla bourbon mousse, Valrhona Inspiration Raspberry chocolate and almond sponge.

Mangue: This mango-shaped pastry is filled with fresh mango cubes and oozy mango lava tossed with lemongrass zest, TWG Alfonso tea (black tea and mango), Valrhona Opalys 33% white chocolate and almond sponge.

Opus 1.2kg Whiskey-Aged Wagyu Tomahawk

Start the week by firing-up those carnivorous appetites with Opus Bar & Grill’s best-seller of whisky-aged 1.2kg Australian Wagyu Tomahawk steak, Rangers Valley selection, 360 days grain-fed with a marbling score 5+. Exclusively on Monday only, meat lovers can sink their teeth into this bone in-beauty with a bottle of premium red wine at $168++ (U.P $248) that serves two.

Wrapped in a bourbon whisky-soaked cloth and dry-aged in a custom-made Himalayan salt tile cabinet for up to 21 days, the liquor amplifies the dry-aging process of the Tomahawk steaks; increasing the meat’s flavor and tenderizing it along the way, while absorbing the subtle bourbon whiskey notes of vanilla and wood.  All steaks at Opus Bar & Grill are masterfully grilled over an open-flame charcoal grill, creating a highly sought after smoky flavor.
