Verde Kitchen New Plant-Based Creations

To combat rising environmental concerns and increase diners’ awareness on alternative options to meat, Verde Kitchen has partnered with Impossible™ foods to provide great tasting plant-based dishes from 1 October to 31 December, 2019, that are environmentally responsible without sacrificing flavours.

In addition to advocating ‘Diet Change For Climate Change’, the seasonal menu also serves to support World Vegetarian Day on 1 October. You can expect a wholesome lunch that is big on flavours, nourishing for the body and sustainable for the climate.

New Seasonal Plant-Based Creations include:

  • All-you-need salad bowl; avocado, tomato, farro, red cabbage, spinach, carrot, fennel, citrus fruits and Impossible™ Kofta kebab at $12 (half size) and $22++ (full size)
  • Impossible™ burger; spinach brioche bun with truffle mayo, Cheddar, tomato, lettuce and smoked barbecue sauce at $28++
  • Impossible™ meat rissoles pasta; gluten-free organic corn fusilli with local farmed mushroom, green peas and Grana Padano at $26++
  • Thai basil Impossible™ meat balls with onions, garlic, chilli, local greens, brown rice and omega-3 egg at $26++
